The Story of Prescion takes places on a world not too different from Earth, only somewhat in the future. Many smaller nations have banned together or been annexed by growing empires of ideology, and now the larger nations vie for control. The largest and most powerful of these nations are Runaria, and Agregorn. It is in Runaria, that the story begins, centered around a main character of the player's choosing, and a handful of other agents within the elite Runarian Special Forces.

President Ares

Ares is the 50 year old CEO of the Agregorn Elite Fighters or AEF. For the past 6 years, he has been the most powerful company and appointed head of the league of corporate owners in Agregorn. This entitles him to lead Agregorn as the commander and chief, as elected by the stockholder. He believes his commercial and democratic ideals are best suited for the entire world, and despises the corrupt and encumbering political system of Runaria. His first action as president was immediate sanctions against Runaria, and a strong warning to both Zagostan and Runaria that acts of terrorism will be met with lethal force. He often believes it is better to shoot first, ask questions later, and feels what is best for everyone is what creates the most productivity, be it fiscal, technological, or popular. As such, he is viewed as a monster by the eastern nations, and as a champion of fairness and common sense in the west.

Aurar

Aurar is a 17 year old girl who works with her Father as waitress and cashier for the family business. She has a devout love for her older brother, Denrar, who is her last living sibling and in many respects, her knight. She appreciates her family bonds more than anything, but also feels a subtle disdain towards the prejudice placed upon the people of Zagostan.

Islemast

Islemast is, for all intents and purposes, a Vampire. He is a humanoid monster summoned into being by an occult organization bent on world dominance. His purpose is clear: disrupt or otherwise destroy the established powers of the world, to allow his organization to rise to power. He is eloquent, sophisticated, intelligent, and very strong. As for his true origins, they remain a mystery.

Lieutenant Smash

LT Smash is a 40 year old Lieutenant within the RSF, soldier class. He is charismatic, outspoken, and has a pleasant (albeit odd) sense of humor. He has a great deal of nationalistic pride and resentment towards Agregorn and commercial globalization. He is married, and while stationed, his wife of 37 and daughter of 10 live in Westland, Runaria.

Chancellor Leon

Leon is 62, and has ruled Runaria for 26 years. He has, by his own right, been a fair and kind ruler, believing in the State's right to do all it can for its citizens. He is a champion of equality, and believes that the world would be a much nicer place if everyone cooperated and worked in the Runarian society. He is viewed by much of the public as a kind father of the people, though the world views him as a Leviathan Tyrant.

Commander Xoh

Xoh is a dark and mysterious woman, who appears to be in her late 40s. She is bitter, sadistic, and ruthless in her personality. As a result, she has no friends, and gains respect from fear alone. She is one of the highest ranking commanders within the RSF, and her combat prowess places her above the strength of an entire platoon of highly trained soldiers. She is not used to not getting her way, and can be very persuasive in only the most unpleasant ways. As for her personal background or real intentions, no one knows or dares ask. She will respond in authority only to Leon himself.
